ABOUT SOUNDCRAFT STUDIO

What is SoundCraft Studio?

SoundCraft Studio is a custom laser engraving and small-batch fabrication studio based in Federal Way, Washington. We create personalized gifts, branded corporate products, and custom engraved pieces on a wide range of materials, with a clean, intentional Pacific Northwest aesthetic.

Where is SoundCraft Studio located?

We are based in Washington and serve customers across the Pacific Northwest and nationwide. Local pickup is available and we ship throughout the United States.

What makes SoundCraft Studio different from other engraving businesses?

Every piece is made to order with a design proof before anything is engraved. We focus on clean, modern design rooted in Pacific Northwest craftsmanship — no clutter, no gimmicks, just precise, professional work with consistent quality across every material we touch.

Do you sell mass-produced or pre-made products?

No. Everything is custom and made to order. Nothing is engraved until you have reviewed and approved a design proof.

PRODUCTS & MATERIALS

What products does SoundCraft Studio offer?

We offer custom engraving on tumblers and drinkware, cutting boards, slate coasters, keychains, leather goods, ornaments, awards and recognition pieces, and signage and décor. If you have a product in mind that isn't listed, reach out — if it can be engraved, we can likely work with it.

What materials can you engrave on?

We engrave on wood, stainless steel, glass, ceramic, leather, acrylic, slate, anodized aluminum, and coated metals. Each material is engraved with optimized settings to produce the best detail, contrast, and finish.

Can you engrave on something I already own or provide?

In many cases, yes. Reach out with details about your item and we can confirm whether it's compatible with our process before you commit to anything.

Do you offer CerMark metal marking?

Yes. We use CerMark™ ULTRA to produce high-contrast, permanent black marking on stainless steel, coated metals, and tools. It is durable, precise, and suitable for both commercial and personalized applications.

What is the difference between your products and something from a mass-market retailer?

Every piece from SoundCraft Studio is engraved to your exact specifications — your name, your logo, your artwork, your occasion. The quality of engraving, the design attention, and the materials are in a different category from mass-produced alternatives.

ORDERING & PROCESS

How do I place an order?

Browse the products page for inspiration, then fill out the order form with your details and any artwork you have. You can also visit the Custom Orders page to request a quote for larger or more complex projects. We respond to all inquiries within one to two business days.

Do I need to have my artwork ready before I reach out?

No. You can submit a rough idea, a reference image, or just a description and we will work with you from there. Artwork preparation and vector conversion are available as part of the process.

What file types do you accept for logos and artwork?

We accept SVG, PDF, PNG, JPG, and most standard logo formats. Vector files such as SVG and PDF produce the cleanest results and are preferred for logos and detailed artwork.

Will I see a proof before my order is engraved?

Yes, always. A design proof is prepared for every order before anything is engraved. Nothing moves forward until you have reviewed and approved it.

Can I request changes to my proof?

Yes. You can request revisions to your proof before approving. Our goal is to make sure the final piece is exactly what you had in mind.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Turnaround times vary depending on the product, material, and order size. All timelines are confirmed at the time of your quote so you always know what to expect before committing.

What is the minimum order quantity for small-batch production?

Minimum quantities for small-batch runs are discussed on a project-by-project basis. Reach out with your project details and we will confirm what works for your order.

BUSINESS & CORPORATE ORDERS

Do you work with businesses and corporate clients?

Yes. We regularly work with small businesses, real estate agents, corporate buyers, and event planners on branded merchandise, employee gifts, client appreciation pieces, awards, and promotional products.

Can you engrave our company logo on products?

Yes. We offer logo engraving on a wide range of products and materials. Vector logo files produce the best results, but we can work with most standard formats and assist with file preparation if needed.

Do you offer bulk or small-batch production?

Yes. We specialize in small-batch fabrication for businesses, makers, and event planners who need reliable, professional engraving in quantities too small for mass production. Consistent quality across every unit is a priority on all production runs.

What types of corporate products can you engrave?

We engrave drinkware, cutting boards, coasters, keychains, awards, signage, leather goods, and more. If you have a specific product in mind for a corporate order, reach out and we will confirm whether we can accommodate it.

Can you help with corporate gifting for events or employee recognition?

Yes. We work with corporate clients on event merchandise, employee gifts, client appreciation pieces, and award programs. Reach out with your timeline and quantity and we will put together a quote.

Who does SoundCraft Studio serve?

SoundCraft Studio serves individuals looking for personalized gifts, small business owners seeking branded products, real estate agents needing client appreciation pieces, corporate buyers and event planners ordering in bulk, and makers or small businesses requiring small-batch fabrication.
